Our story

Eight decades. Three generations. One standard.

We started as W. Punchibanda & Sons in 1942. Today, as NativeWay (Pvt) Ltd., we're a third-generation, family-run engineering firm with offices across South Asia — and the same commitment to engineering done right that brought us here.

Founded as W. Punchibanda & Sons in Colombo.
1986
Incorporated as a private limited company; expanded into full MEP engineering.
2018
NativeWay Maldives Ltd. established — Malé operations begin.
2021
NativeWay Bangladesh Ltd. — Dhaka country office opens.
